We are contracted with the following insurance providers:

For these providers, we will submit claims on your behalf. However, please note that coverage and benefits vary by individual plans. It is your responsibility to verify your specific plan’s coverage for our services.
For TRICARE East/Humana Military, we are considered out-of-network. We can submit claims on your behalf; however, reimbursement is subject to your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Patient Financial Responsibility
